Ultimately, I needed to return the item, and there was zero fuss. I boxed it up, shipped it back, and got a refund. I feel like I got super good service. This asks me to rate shipping costs -- which I had to rate 5 stars -- shipping cost was fair -- if high. Not the seller's fault!
