  Item was never dispatched after almost three weeks. I was provided with a tracking number but all it proved was that the seller had never given the item to the postal service. I never received an explanation for this. After filing a non-delivery report I received a refund (£570) immediately, but without any explanation or apology. It strongly implies to me that the seller never had any intention of fulfilling the order. Very poor way of doing business. Could never recommend.
