I had a nightmare trying to return the item back so I could get my refund. I am glad got my refund in the end however will never purchase anything from this company ever again. The price was also a rip off. shop at your own risk folks!!

    Item was shipped immediately after making payment and Coffee jar arrived wrap in a ton of bubble wrapping there is no way it was going to get damaged. I had to use a scissor to cut all the wrapping off, excellent service, amaze me how you have so much negative feedback if you provide this level of service all the time, there is no way you will not have happy customers and I will definitely come back if I ever need anything else.
