Got support on how to fix the issue (despite a slight blib with the Ebay messaging service), and when that didn't work I was able to return the phone for a full refund, which was repaid promptly. A TOTAL RIP OFF PHONE ARRIVED A WEEK LATE IT WOULDN'T TURN ON IT WOULDN'T TAKE A CHARGE ,I SHOULD OF READ HIS NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FIRST ITS SHOCKING ITS HAPPEND TO A LOT OF GENUINE PEOPLE,HE SAID THIS HASNT HAPPENED BEFORE BUT HIS NEGATIVE FEEDBACK SAYS IT HAS MANY OF TIME HE CHARGES FOR PACKAGING THE PHONE AND HIS TIME TO POST IT,IVE COMPLAINED HES BLOCKED ME AND EVEN WORST HE CHANGED HIS NAME PHONE COMPANY IVE SENT IT BACK FOR A REFUND JUST GLAD EBAY COVERS YOUR MONEY,STAY WELL AWAY

The item arrived 1 day after the expected date. The courier suffered a 24 hour delay( probably due to the Christmas work load) while the item was at the customers local depot.Our name changed over a month ago and had nothing to do with this Customer. Yes our charges for shipping cover all costs related to the shipping (label £3.95, Box £1.10 , Bubble wrap 20p, Tape 5p) less than 20p was included for labour.we also offered to a free prepaid label for return. We apologise a rare fault occurred
