The company was inspired by the founders mother and daughters skincare needs.     There's no reason it should take 9 days from order to shipping without communication. Having to do it over again I would not have ordered this. Plus the item description implied the item was a natural sponge. It wasn't until late in the process I realized it wasn't.

    We generally ship within 5 business days. Your order was delivered to the post office on 02/28. Additionally, I NEVER implied that it is a natural sea sponge. The listing clearly states **PLEASE NOT THIS IS NOT AN ACTUAL SEA SPONGE BUT OUR VERSION OF A SEA SPONGE. It is meant to simulate a sea sponge without harming the environment. It is your responsibility as the buyer to read the description BEFORE purchasing.
