    Not a great experience at all. Had to chase delivery. Then notified that seller had not paid full postage, so I had to pay £3.50. Finally delivered two weeks after I ordered.

    I'm very sorry to hear about the delivery issue. I was unaware the item hadn't arrived until the buyer reached out over a week later. I ship this item regularly and am unsure why the courier claimed insufficient postage this time. As soon as I was informed, I reimbursed the £3.50 charge in full and apologised sincerely. I always aim to provide a smooth experience and regret that this one fell short despite my efforts to resolve it as quickly and fairly as possible.
