Draining horrible experience with this seller. First neg I've given. Sent me the wrong size frame, asked me to prove it then offered me a 30% refund, said no, offered 50%, no, 60%. I told them I just want the correct frame I paid for or my money back. Said they would send me a replacement. Sent me the exact same wrong sized frame, and then straight back to the start asking me to prove it and then offering me 30%, no, 50% and this is where I said enough and cut contact after over 5 weeks of this!
