    Eventually received some 4 days later than estimated. Took the seller a few days to get them to Evri or for Evri to collect them.And when they were delivered, they were left behind the dustbins with no card through the door, no text message, and no email to say they had been delivered.

    Delivery was quite slow and then when the frame arrived it was completely the wrong colour. Had quite a drawn out conversation with the seller when I just wanted to return for a full refund. For less stress and to just resolve it I ended up agreeing to keep the frame with 50% refund, even though I have no use for it as it’s a really different colour to that advertised. I’ve given it away to someone who can hopefully make use of it and would not order from this seller again.

    Item as described, just delivered by EVRI and once again left on doorstep, no doorbell or knock on the door, DONT USE THIS DELIVERY COMPANY, THEY DONT CARE WHAT STATE YOUR PARCEL ENDS UP IN! THEY CHANGED THEIR NAME BUT NOT THEIR SREVICE! I would have left neutral feedback but eBay in their wisdom wont let me for 7 days???
