    The seller sent incorrect item (which also was 2x cheaper). Never responded on my messages. I asked for return & refund. Only after escalating the issue to Ebay the seller finally offered a return option (to drive to Staples, because this sale was a dropship from Amazon), which took me more than an hour of driving there (another hour+ to come back). The return process was not showing on Ebay (because it's not Amazon). The refund was issued only with the help of Ebay. HORRIBLE SELLER!! AVOID!!!!!

    This seller is mis-advertising items I ordered the Home Decorators 7.5 ft Grand Balsam fir pre-lit tree. These trees are the viral tik tok trees. I knew that the tree was supposed to weigh 48 lb. What I received weighed 13 lb was not a Home Dec tree. This seller is drop shipping from Amazon. When I purchased tree was around $152 today he notified me the correct tree is in and it's $491.. Seller also wrote The new tree is not pre-lit & need assembly CAN YOU SAY BAIT&SWITCH BUYER BEWARE SCAM
