The item was delivered visibly faulty, following a lengthy wait time for delivery from China to UK. I don't believe the product is genuine Crocs, and shouldn't be sold as such. Absolutely shocking! The top piece is too big for shoe and stuck over the top flapping over the edge. I contacted the seller to ask for a refund, but seller insisted on sending me another pair, which understandably I don't want! The cost of shipping back to China isn't worth the refund!
