Item not as described. Thought it was too good a price to be true. Advertised as a pack of 12. Only 1 arrived. Am keeping it as it is what I wanted but I feel the description should be changed to show the price is for only a single item so as to avoid misleading people and also to avoid miss selling. It did arrive quite quickly and packaging flimsy but contents not particularly fragile. Would probably be very cautious about using this seller again, depending on the item.

The flask itself is great, well-priced and delivered quickly. However, it wasn't packaged very well - just a single-ply corrugated cardboard box, no packing material at all. Although the parcel was wrapped all around with 'FRAGILE' tape, the carrier (YODEL) had crushed the box in a couple of directions. Luckily the flask was unharmed. My heart sinks whenever I notice a Yodel tracking ID - we've had 5 deliveries via Yodel in the last 12months, and there was some problem with every single one.
