Unfortunately the item arrived marked with black dirt all over it! The delivery package was undamaged therefore the item appears to have been packaged in this state. The seller replied quickly offering half compensation however failed to respond again to my communication back to them regarding a replacement / full refund. Hopeful we can wash the leotard and it will do! Disappointed as a first time buyer on this site!!

Product itself is worth of the price and is really cool and the size guide is accurate and you can trust but delivery isn't from UK like the description says and it doesn't take 2-3 days like I've been told during payment process. It took 7 days and tracking showed that it came from abroad (I guess China - like TEMU).

Order dress with a estimated delivery!!! I waited 3 dah after the estimated delivery to contact the seller to see where this dress was, there has been no reposnse and yet no dress. Even when ht does come how its too late as ordered it for a purpose. Can't leave photo or even rate description as yet to recieve it still but yet got the cheek to ask me to leave a review. Laughable seller/company avoid to save dispointment

The listing says 2 days delivery. After 6 days of the courier not receiving it, I contacted the seller. They told me I should be patient as delivery is 9 days. I provided screen shots of their current listings, my listing & my delivery confirmation, and they just said if I wasn’t happy I could get a refund but it’s being sorted at their hub. To this day, it still hasn’t been dispatched. Deceitful listing and rude seller.
