I appreciate the honesty in the seller and not trying to use shady wording in the description that other sellers put. Shipping was fast as well. Due to this, I consider it a great value!     I was so happy to make this purchase... then my heart sank when it arrived. FEDEX, like the U.S. postal service, has lost professionalism when transporting fragile items. This wonderful neon sign arrived damaged. That said, the seller was FANTASTIC in communicating and finding a resolution for both parties. Extremely rapid in responding to the damaged sign and issuing a refund. This neon sign would have been a beautiful addition; the color was so captivating! Would highly recommend Seller!
