Delivered to the uk and it had multiple cracks and chip on the lip, going through pot.
A offered of £10 refund was made, but the pot will start leaking, and is not fit for its purpose.
I have asked for a full refund, but they what the item posting back first. The cost is £20 or more to me and I will only get a refund, if they receive the item in the same condition it was sent in, there for, NO REFUND and no money for posting. I could lose £50 in the end and no item

Item arrived cracked top which appeared to have been damaged even before shipping as it was wrapped and there were no chips or fragments in the wrapping which would be expected if damaged during shipping. As well, item not as described or pictured. No tap just a clay jar. Even the item name says WITH STEEL TAP. Poor response from seller as no communication except a shipping label 2 weeks after reporting issue; no instructions just a label. Would NOT recommend seller. Still waiting for refund.
