  Seller very communicative and kept me informed at all stages. Item was shipped from overseas, driver was very nice and helpful. Item was an antique bed; when it arrived it did have a few loose bits which were not described in the advert, but on inspection this does not seem like damage in shipping - the item was packaged very well and I think these bits were loose simply because of the item's age. Not a problem, easy to fix, and I am thoroughly happy with the item and the buying experience.
