I have ordered a few times from this seller and have never had a problem. However, after ordering 18” extensions I was sent 16”. When I explained that I would like to exchange as the 16” are no good to me they have ignored 2 of my messages. Awful customer service and now left with a product that is of no use to me and money lost because of their mistake with no effort to rectify said mistake.

Still not received my extentions ! Placed order on the 17th of March! Then to be told on the 19th ones I ordered weren’t in stock that they send another set that I still haven’t got that were cheaper and had no refund! Contacted seller don’t even reply! Dony buy from them!

I would strongly advise anyone not to purchase hair extensions from this seller mine came in very bad condition and they were for a client and how they handled the resolution to this issue was appalling, how they are still in business I do not know. Hence I will never use them again .
