Also, when UPS delivered it standing on its side with a damaged outer box, the seller contacted us to to offer their help should there be any problems with the unit. That kind of customer service is rare, nowadays! Shipping is expensive, but the item was well packed and protected against carrier batterings, so it was definitely worth it. We plan to buy from this seller again, when we replace our other AC unit, this year or next.
