Re-arranged postage and received promptly. Extra postage costs incurred to me, another £4+ however a further item purchased was included in the final parcel so everything turned out okay in the end. Communication with seller was excellent, very helpful.

    problem with royal mail they lost the parcel seller responded very quickly and refunded money straight away very nice polite people to deal with would not hesitate to deal with them again royal mail are at fault not the seller
