The perches received are for small birds & were missing washers & wing nuts. I contacted the seller who agreed to send replacements. The replacements eventually arrived after some chasing & refund refusals however the replacements didnt have a full compliment of washers & wing nuts either. The product is misdescribed & should not be listed as a parrot perch. The seller replied but did not agree to a refund & the replacements also incomplete. Pic attached with a parrot perch & what was sent.
