    I an extremely satisfied with my purchase. My item was just as described, however a lovely surprise that was not expected was a lovely pouch to put the plaque in making the gift extra special. It was well packed ensuing the item was well protected in transit. Delivery was excellent and quicker than expected with excellent communication from the seller.
