  Great value and wonderful customer service . Item was described accurately . This item was meticulously packaged for safe travels however due to the handlers with heavy hands a small piece was broken In transit . The seller was quick to offer a generous resolve . I would recommend this seller and Dept 56 . Shipping cost was a bit on the high end but this item requires a large box and is quite heavy comparatively to most of my Dept 56 deliveries . 🚚

  The package appears per tracking data to have been lost in the mail. The seller promptly looked into the matter when I called attention to the crazy tracking data. He has refunded the full purchase price even though he cannot get a refund from USPS for about another 20 days. I am really impressed by this sellers attention and follow-through and would definitely buy from him again. If the package shows up by some miracle down the line, however late, I will cheerfully refund his refund.
