The seller had packed the brooch well (and it would have been as described) but the carrier had crushed the package with another, heavy item. When I reported this to the seller they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. Often it's more helpful to say how well a seller dealt with a problem when things didn't go to plan as it is a true reflection of who you are dealing with. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.
