I received an incomplete item. It’s the main unit, but it lacks the metal hose and the t-valve that were pictured on the product page. It’s also missing the circular plastic parts that hold the item in place. I left a couple of messages over the span of a couple of days with no response from the seller. There are other sellers selling the same item for a comparable price and they include everything that the boxed item should come with. I would like for the parts to make it at least function.

Brand new item in original packaging. I made a combined purchase of five items and paid 4x $4.95 shipping regardless of me contacting the seller in advance and what they promised. I have ONE Discover charge notification but the seller claims that I ordered everything separately to justify the shipping charges.

Only 1 correct Item out of 4. Contacted seller, was told they refunded and they would send out missing parts, they even provided me with tracking number. Missing parts were never shipped and customer service never responded again. Whomever picks orders is terrible as this isn’t the first time my orders have been missing or completely wrong and whomever creates the listings is equally terrible as most listings have 1 blurry picture and or vague description. positive feedback anyway due to refund

Was shipped wrong adapter. Whomever pulls the orders needs to pay more attention. Also Whomever created this listing needs to pay more attention cause they listed it as a Dell, pictured a Dell but also listed a part number that is NOT shown on the Dell pictured. Seller auto refunded.

Ordered 4 and only 2 were correct. 50% rate on getting customers what they ordered is not very good. Customer service refunded when notified. They also said they would ship out the correct ones, even provided a tracking number and they never did ship. But positive cause they did refund and anything else would be removed.
