Unfortunately my order was out-of-stock and the seller's supplier was unable to provide a date when a replacement would be available. Seller's communication was excellent throughout and initially I was given two options, either to wait or to get a refund. I chose to wait but ultimately the supplier was unable to fulfil my order and a refund was very promptly processed by the seller. I have absolutely no complaints about any of this and would be very happy to order from this seller in the future.

Expected date for delivery was between 11-13 August. I was really amazed when it was delivered Sunday 10th August. I was even more amazed when it came in an Amazon box knowing I ordered from Ebay . My first thoughts was that someone had hacked my Amazon account so I checked my bank account which was fine. The item that was sent was entirely different from the picture advertised, but done the exact job, which I was grateful for. So I was able to repair the overground pool earlier than expected

Happy with dog food but not happy with packaging, even the postman struggled with it because all the packaging literally fell apart, very luckily the contents weren't damaged, happy with delivery time.......2 out of 3 isn't bad. Would use this seller again but needs to strengthen their packaging.
