  Item failed to be delivered by Evri who are useless. After 4 day delivery delay, seller gave me a full refund. I ordered another cartridge in the meantime from a different seller and when that was delivered again by Evri (despite listing stating DPD), they also delivered this original item a week late. I contacted seller and he is providing a royal mail label for its return. Seller handled whole problem impeccably and if they were no longer to use Evri I would use again.

  Toner exactly as described. Not happy with Evri delivery though. Driver had opened up my electricity supply cabinet and put parcel inside. Would never have looked in there. Had to go to verify with te tracking number to find the photo of the delivery place to find my package. They might be cheap but I wouldn't use them out of choice.
