    Seller was upset that I was questioning the delivery time. I wanted to be sure that eBay would protect my purchase in case this was a scam. They sent lots of messages about the shipping type being Airmail, but it almost seemed like they were being deceptive. I did finally receive the item.

    The item was shipped promptly and arrived earlier than the timeframe I provided. I provided a clear explanation regarding the shipping method both in the item description and in my messages. When the “item not received” request was opened, I responded with the same politeness and honesty as I always do. I take great care in communicating clearly with every buyer to avoid misunderstandings. It was truly heartbreaking to receive such a harsh and misleading comment despite my sincere efforts.
