  Arrived on time as described. Appears that the box may have been opened previously because the cover flap tape was torn and the item contents (pump and breast cup) were not in protective wrapping. I don't know if they should have been. The charging cord and user instructions were present. Well packaged with excellent protection. Item is a gift, so I cannot comment on the item itself.
