Shipped faster than expected, just a hurdle when the courier missed me and didn't reschedule another delivery. Seller messaged me to contact them and that was slightly difficult too, took about 1+ week to send it out again. Came in individual plastic bags, soft and generally good quality, except one out of four skeins of red was just slightly different in texture (less fluffy), but you couldn't tell once it was made up.
