  Brilliant service, received printer quicker than expected. Thank you brilliant service. I had a small problem with the magenta cartridge not being recognised. Contacted the seller and was not expecting a response until after Christmas but received an immediate response. Tried the suggestions, they were very patient with me. However could not resolve the issue. They said they would replace the ink cartridge (again I was not expecting this before Xmas) however it arrived speedily. Thank you.
