    The ponchos are fine. The postage and delivery were not. The seller never paid enough postage so I never received the items at the time specified. Furthermore I received a card from Royal Mail to pay a further £1.50 and rearrange delivery. Asked seller to reimburse me. However they ignored my messages and proof that I paid. I provided a photo of the Royal Mail card, screen shot email payment and also a photo of the postal package. Not good customer service. I would not buy from seller again.

    I messaged before buying the poncho as needed it by a certain date but not response to my email so I ordered and paid for next day delivery and sent another message and still no reply. I did get the item in time but although I paid £3.99 for next day postage it was not delivered the next day. Shame as the poncho when I got it was good . Item good but customer service dreadful
