FurHaven™ Pet Products was founded in 2004 with the mission to bring snuggly-soft and oh-so-comfy comfort to pets of all shapes and sizes at a price that their families could afford and with a style that fit home lifestyles (no fashion faux paws please!). Over the years our product lines have grown to encompass over 1,000 different styles, sizes, fabric combinations and colors. We’ve additionally added our playful Tiger Tough™ cat playgrounds, cat window perches, pet furniture protectors, and car seat accessories…with more innovative products on the way! FurHaven™ facilities can be found in the great states of Washington and Kentucky.

This was supposed to be the inclined scratchers and they are not. Your description said "set of 4" and I ordered 2 sets of 4. All I got was 2 individual scratchers, not the total of 8 scratchers I should have received. Contacted the seller on 8/25/2023 and heard nothing back!
