By far one of the WORST companies I’ve dealt with in 13 years on eBay. Definitely running a scamming rink. Tried to con me off £300. Sent me an incomplete, and completely different sofa with marks that wouldn’t lift. I asked for a return for refund and opened a case. They Intentionally responded to the case on the last day to stall so they don’t have to refund accordingly. After collecting the sofa and not refunding me like they said, they began harassing my PERSONAL phone line. Nasty SCAMMERS.

Great communication regarding delivery especially when we are well without the delivery area, as call from delivery driver in the morning and both were received within that time very early in the day, delivery driver was great and we tipped him a little for breakfast, items are as stated and we are very happy with the purchase thank you .

I received a sofa with a headrest that was the wrong size. I tried to contact the seller multiple times, but received no response at all. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating. Very disappointed with this experience.
