I do not recommend this seller they advertised 4 cushions as a pack. I ordered 2 packs. Meanwhile I noticed that they were now out of stock. I only received 4 cushions which they tried to say there were 2 cushions in a pack. Headline states 4x chair seat pads. I contacted to resolve however have finally given up as a low value item. The cushions are not well made plus the misrepresentation/misleading advertising.

A lovely chair. I had a small error that the back cushion was missing,this was handled with absolute amazing service. They didn't have the smaller back cushion so they sent a complete new chair with no cost. I asked if they would like to make arrangements to collect the 1st chair and they said to keep it. I offered to buy the chair at a reduced price as I'm sure I'll get some kind of cushion and they again just said keep it. Amazing service and would use again without hesitation.
