Requested a further £11 for delivery costs which wasn’t detailed in the description. There was a note in my shopping bag saying some areas may require additional delivery charge but given the order was processed without additional charges when I paid I assumed my address wasn’t included for additional costs. Sorely disappointed as this was a gift and was cancelled by the seller. Could accept maybe an extra £5, but definitely not £11. Correct delivery fees should be listed in the ad! Missell
