    What we ordered was a great price and it was delivered quickly to us. A few of the items in the boxes were damaged at some point in the delivery process. I thanked the seller and explained about the damage parts. They could have been more helpful. I supplied pictures of the defective items and arranged for a refund. When building it i found that I was missing some bolts, I messaged them and got a response in less than a day with an offer of a 10% price refund or have the bolts sent to me. I chose option 2 and a full set of fixings arrived a couple of days later. This company is reliable and has trustworthy. The bed was finished and is a great purchase.

    Not putting up until the new year. Delivery came in 2 separate boxs. With 2 different couriers. 2 day's apart. But boxs in good condition so everything looks OK if I had known this seller used xpd courier I would not have bought from this seller as they always loose a box if it's a 2 box order. Communication from thus seller was good
