    The product and communication were very good and would deserve five stars but the delivery service let them down badly. In the end it took 3 weeks before the packs arrived. The delivery though was then on time and the driver/porters were pleasant and helpful. Assembly was easy enough. You will though need two people to safely lift the table-top into place. It stays safely in place because of it's weight so remember this if moving. The fire certificates are sown onto the chair bases.

    SCAMMERS!!!! Total nightmare from beginning to end. Sent out a table & chairs with no fixtures. The chairs are damaged and the table does not line up. I was 2 days out of the 30 days and they knew it. It arrived late so I was away on holiday. Came back to a complete nightmare. Their customer service is shocking!!! I’ve had to contact citizens advice. They have ripped me off for £1,000 and they keep saying it’s past the 30days. Kevin and Crystal in customer care are shocking!!!

    Dear Debbie, You made assumptions at first glance — claiming “damaged” due to unpolished inner wood, and complaining of “no fittings” without checking all boxes or reading the assembly instructions. We've served 1,000+ eBay customers, including four with the Same dining set in last 2 months without issue. The 30-day return policy applies to both eBay and the courier. Even with our out-of-hours support, we couldn’t meet these unreasonable demands. OTHER SELLERS GOOD LUCK. Kevin
