The products within our range may be a customer return, ex-display model, refurbished or have visible marks (ie small dent or scratch). However, all are complete and in good condition but cannot be sold as new. Our team carefully check each product before we list them at a discounted price. Whilst there may be slight marks or scratches on our pieces we do not compromise on the character of the furniture.

    The cabinet was listed as possibly having superficial cosmetic damage. However, the large drawer front is cracked right through. The company agreed that this was structural, and not acceptable. They agreed to send a replacement part. I told them they part number and description, and sent a photo. They sent me three bits of metal. I'm still waiting for the drawer front. This has taken over 2 weeks so far ...
