    DO NOT BUY this sellers UV S9 PLUS, stated 5 times in listing it was a 10 watt radio. It is under 5 watts in 2 meters. Contacted seller and he said factory locked power down low due to import restrictions. Well he should have stated that in the listing. Shound have given a big fat red negative as seller is still selling this fake 4 watt radio as a 10 watt.
