Hi I'm sorry that you was left out of pocket through no fault of your own and am extremely grateful for the refund received and hope you can recover this loss from the company responsible for dispatching the radiator which showed the correct size ordered but was incorrectly sized being 10mm shorter in the length. I spoke to the supplier and explained the Issue who said that because I'd removed the item from the packaging they could not help me.
