Albeit I had to wait about a month as this very reasonably priced item went through customs, but I had had a surgery in late October to remove my prostate.Nonetheless, this item arrived a few days ago exactly as described & pictured. Delivered well-packaged & well within its ETA. An excellent transaction & value for assistance alleviating the challenges of urinary incontinence that aren't altogether uncommon after a prostate removal along with daily Kegel exercises.

I ordered what was shown as a RECTANGULAR bottle which would stand on end. BUT INSTEAD I RECEIVED AN OVAL bottle which would NOT STAND ON END and is of NO USE TO ME. I sent a photo of what they sent me and asked for them to send what I ordered. They asked what was the difference! Again I sent a photo. AGAIN they ask what is the difference THE DIFFERENCE IS THAT THEY DID NOT SUPPLY WHAT i ORDERED AND I CANNOT USE WHAT THEY SENT. I WANT A REFUND! Avoid
