  Ordered 2 of these but only one turned up, although it wasn't the sellers fault it was very frustrating, and now i have to buy elsewhere, I could not get any satisfaction from parcelforce so, Ebay told me to contact action fraud, which I did and once I provided the crime number to Ebay I eventually got a refund for the vivarium I never received

  The parcel was lost in transit. We had to wait for confirmation from Parcelforce before we could process a refund. The buyer opened a case with ebay so we had to contact them and have them refund the order. No need for a crime number. Just contact us if you need any assistance and we will resolve any issues.
