  A rare negative experience on Ebay. I received a faulty item, the seller refused to refund. It was the really unprofessional responses that get the negative feedback though. Really condescending. Ebay ruled in my favour within minutes as it was so obvious that the cable was damaged (pictures sent). I'm genuinely confused at why this seller chooses to be so unprofessional, it's just not good business sense. Very strange. I hope they improve, for their sake. Just be more polite.

  I have never seen such a shameless person who magnifies the cable 100 times and leaves a mark on the cable, claiming that it has a malfunction, threatening the seller and demanding a refund, but refusing to provide any evidence of any functional malfunction. The buyer claims that it does Not working, but refuses to provide any evidence of Not working.I can guarantee that you dare not even release the evidence because you are afraid that others will ridicule you
