    I bought this cable with some problems but after contacting the seller he explained everything and we thought it might be a faulty cable so he sent me another in like next day... Amazing! After the new cable was received I had better luck installing the new firmware but kept stalling after about half way installing so even though the cable was completely plugged in I had to hold it tighter to install all the way... great seller and great communication .
