  As advertised. Unfortunately, despite prompt dispatch by the seller, had an extensive wait period for delivery by royal mail, which was a bit of a pain. Had to contact seller to request a refund because I thought it would never arrive. Seller was very understanding and processed a refund, and asked me to keep the item if it gets delivered as a gesture of goodwill for the delay (which subsequently happened). Really appreciate and highly commend the customer care provided. Thank you!

  After contacting the seller to make a complaint regarding the item not being delivered they were more than happy to help me. They were very friendly and explained to me in fine detail why my order hasn t been delivered and we re more than happy to rectify it offering me either full refund no questions asked or a replacement with 48 hours fast tracked delivery which I was more than happy to take.
