    Item is as described, however packaging was a little haphazard, just some brown tape attempting to hold box together. This tape had split and was insecure when item was left on our doorstep. The price is great and delivery was very speedy. Seller contacted us twice to make sure all was ok. If it was down to me, I would choose another delivery company as EVRI are awful. The item was dumped onto a WET doormat in full view of the street and the driver disappeared like a puff of smoke.

    A slight annoyance in that the item arrived a couple of days later than expected but the batteries were very well packed in a neat cardboard storage/postal box. All in good condition with a very long expiry date (2034). I have purchased from this seller before and apart from the little hiccup on this occasion there have been no problems. I recommend this seller.

    An excellent vendor offering high quality Duracell batteries at a fair price with fast shipping. Much to like. Unfortunately my pack spit open in transit with 4 batteries lost. Royal Mail did what they could to bag up the contents and apologised. The vendor, on presented with the evidence of Royal Mail's damage, offered a proportionate refund to help offset my loss . Excellent service and better that attempting to negotiate with Royal Mail and maybe just get a couple of stamps.

    Purchased this item & was pleased to find that it would be delivered by EVRI today 20 Sept. Our business premises are fronted by a house we have 2 entrances- one each side of the house, both are No 49 Unfortunately the EVRI driver decided to lob the box over the gateway and not deliver to 49. Consequently the box of paper broke open and then was rendered unuseable due to the torrential rain We have tried to contact EVRI without success WE WERE UNABLE TO CONTACT YOU VIA CONTACT SELLER
