My previous order was incorrect so I almost didn’t use them but thought I’d try again as several previous orders have been good. Last time I contacted customer service who said they’d put it right but after 7 days did nothing & I had to go over the whole issue again. So, in summary, they’re great if order is right 1st time, but customer service is not too great from my previous experience.

They asked me to check that the package had not been accidentally left with a neighbour and after I confirmed that it had not, they apologised and resent the item which then arrived within a couple of days. The batteries were now exactly as ordered. I was very impressed by their professionalism and good grace in dealing with the matter. A highly recommended eBayer that comes up trumps even she things don’t go to plan!!!!!

I'm also really pleased with the price that I paid for them, they are a lot cheaper than the ones on amazon, onbuy and ebay. They arrived nice and quick and were well packaged. I would definitely recommend this seller and their products 😊👍
