    Very disappointing experience. I won’t be purchasing from this seller again. The item I received was poor quality and looked nothing like the photos. I requested a return the same day and promptly sent it back, but the seller unfairly withheld more than half the refund, falsely claiming it wasn’t returned in its original condition. Completely untrue.

    you opened a false return to obtain a free return postage label. The correct item was sent as described on the listing.

    The item was as described and quickly posted. The protective film wouldn’t come off so I couldn’t use the watch screen protector. Seller advised to return it for a refund. After promptly returning it in the same box, the seller issued a partial refund to me as not returned in the original condition. Being unsure how a detective item could be returned in the original condition, I escalated the matter and eBay ruled in my favour very quickly.
