Item arrived promptly and as described. However, I had clearly ordered the wrong adaptor so asked to return the item and a refund. I was offered half the price I had paid for it which, considering the item wasn't any use to me, wasn't acceptable. I made it clear that I would return the item and asked again for a refund. I posted the adapter (although I wasn't prepared to pay for it to be tracked as it only cost £3) so just got proof of postage. I'm still awaiting a refund.
