    Seller uses Yodel who are the worst courier for the Shirhowy valley, hence the item was delivered late. At least they delivered though, as usually they claim they’ve tried to deliver twice, then they ask us to pick up our parcel from their depot, which is at least 15 miles from us. On this occasion they stated, they had tried to deliver once, but we were in all day and our ring doorbell proves they never tried. The seller should consider using another service for the Welsh valleys.
