I made offer on iPad mini & Seller's photos were poorly exposes, or out of focus and did NOT include a name plate photo. I became suspicious that the item was actually much lower value 14-port dock. I asked Seller to confirm before shipping. Seller repeated false claims. Fraud??

  I did not receive the full order. An item was missing. It took me multiple messages to get this straightened out. So far I have not received a refund. They did not even offer to send the missing item which I would have preferred over a refund. No apology offered either. Disappointed in the lack of customer service.
