The only plus point with this transaction was that the item sent which was wrong was packed very well. Regarding anything else it was a complete failure. The seller seems to have no concept of, or interest in customer service or satisfaction. The item was dispatched at the last possible moment and received at the last possible moment harking back to the days when 28 days was quoted, and that was what it took. For the return a simple message expressing regret would have stopped this feedback.
